Another week begins, another meal plan is set.
Remember it’s never too early to start dinner and a weekly meal plan will save you money and stop you grabbing take-a-way on those fright nights, all my meals are less than 30mins from the fridge to the dinner plate!Monday – Mini Pizzas. Wholemeal English muffins with ham, cheese and lots of veggies.
Tuesday – Homemade Chicken Nuggets and Salad. Chop chook breast to nugget size, coat in breadcrumbs, no egg/flour needed the breadcrumbs will stick as the chicken is moist.
Wednesday – Wholemeal Tuna Pasta Bake. Trying to feed Master 1 more omega 3 to sort out some skin issues he seems to be having.
Thursday – Lamb Patties and Salad. Lamb mince, mint jelly, chopped onions. Try it, so easy, so yummy. Again don’t bother messing around with eggs etc.
Friday – Quiche. I bought too many eggs this week so this is plan B if I haven’t used them by Friday!
Saturday – Fish and Sweet Potato Chips. Again trying to force feed omega 3 to the boy, white fish from supermarket, crumbed, chop sweet potato, spray with olive oil, bake.
Sunday – Who cares I will worry about it then!!
Try one thing from my meal plan and see if you can get it from the fridge to the table in 30mins. Let me know how you go!
